ABOUT LEO

From ACL rehab to 200 clients.

I played soccer at the University of Miami on a full scholarship. Sophomore year I tore my ACL and spent two years learning everything I could about how bodies actually heal and get stronger. That's where my obsession started.

I got my NASM certification in 2016 and my Precision Nutrition Level 2 in 2019. I've trained over 200 clients ranging from first-timers who'd never touched a barbell to competitive athletes looking to train smarter.

My training philosophy: boring basics done with consistency beat anything trending on Instagram. Progressive overload, adequate protein, consistent sleep. It's not complicated. It's just harder than it sounds, and that's where having a coach matters.

I train in-person at a private studio in Brickell and take online clients worldwide. Current availability is limited — I work with 12–15 clients at a time.
